An Afternoon at the Market

MaRobert's recently attended a market run by RBS Gogarburn where small businesses were given the chance to show, demonstrate, and sell their products. 

The day proved to be a great success - not only did we spread the word about MaRobert's sauces but we met some great people too!

Maggie (pictured above) thoroughly enjoys meeting like-minded business owners whose aspirations are similar to her own. Here she is with the owners of Bonny Vita and Gruhme, who are part of the ESpark centres in Glasgow and Birmingham respectively.  

As well as getting to know these delightful chaps, Maggie was fortunate enough to meet the CEO of MJM International - Michelle Mone OBE:

This was incredibly exciting for the MaRobert's team as Michelle is such an inspirational businesswoman. Michelle carved her way to success through hard work, determination, tenacity, and intelligence. Maggie even purchased Michelle's new autobiography, My Flight to the Top, for its inspiring and encouraging content.

A lot of people showed an interest in MaRobert's by asking how the sauces can be used and what kinds of flavours are associated with Tanzanian cooking; we even had a few repeat customers! 

We can't wait to be back at Gogarburn again!
